For the Nintendo switch now gaming headsets weren't too much of a thing for the Nintendo switch I would say before the last six months to a year simply because most games didn't have chat features integrated into them, however, especially in the last couple of weeks with the release of apex legends they're finally quite a few people I think scrambling to find a headset for their Nintendo switch and basically when you search switch headset

One of the first results that generally comes up is the PDP branded headset for the Nintendo switch that we have right in front of us now just before we get to a there is a small point that I want to go over that might help some people out.

There and that is just to talk about the fact that you don't actually need a stitch branded headset to work with the Nintendo switch they're using a unified 3.5 millimeter adapter on the Nintendo switch meaning that if you already own a gaming headset that's been made for a computer for another console it most likely will work with your Nintendo switch and you don't need even to buy anything else if however your headset has a split microphone from headphone plug well the worst it's gonna cost you is five bucks for a little unified adapter just like this and those are available on amazon at different tech stores it's very easy to find normally and even if you have a headset with a split connector look in your box a lot of headsets have the unified adapter that comes with it this one actually came from a another budget headset that i purchased the reason explained that though is because it will come up at the end of that since this is a switch branded headset in the review section there is a specific point.

That i have about this headset being branded for the switch that we're going to go over but I don't want to go into too many details because like I said that will be more in the review section after we get through the close-up but to close out the basic presentation of this headset this is a budget headset okay normally it's sold between 25 and 30 dollars if you're seeing it for more than that stay away from like basically we're gonna be reviewing it today as a budget headset in the 25 to 30 dollar range and that's pretty much where it should be considered anyway if you're looking for this headset I'll leaving

These are some blue tooth headphones and they're also waterproof which is a neat feature so let's go ahead and open the map and see what's inside go ahead and take that off there is one more that' actually gonna allow us to take these out right down here alright so go ahead and take a look at the sit's got branding on the side nice soft kind of earphone pieces if we look down at the bottom so that's gonna be our connection for a headphone jack and for plugging them in the micro USB I'm gonna have our power button here and then volume so let's go ahead and turn these on and see if they have a charge great so you could hear that they turned on and right now the lights going to be cycling because it doesn't have a connection with the blue tooth so I'm going to go ahead and log in to my phone and turn blue tooth on now it's looking for

The headphones you know right down the right the bottom it's gone connect those and you'll see that that light now will tell us that it's connected flashing blue to test these guys out I'm going to go ahead and open up an app here and listen to just a few quick seconds of a song that's going to allow us to see If they work

all right so it sounds like they work pretty well be interesting to use them see how long it holds a charge but nice looking pair of headphones.
